Our Journey
We’re Jason and Kim Beckman, proud owners of 3B Property Maintenance LLC. We also have a daughter, Olivia—our quiet inspiration and the “third B” in our name.
What began in 2019 as a side hustle—mowing lawns for family and friends—quickly grew into something more. By 2023, we officially launched 3B Property Maintenance, and our journey took off from there.
In late 2024, Jason made the leap from his position at United Rentals to pursue equipment repair full-time. We invested in a service truck, and in January 2025, he left his job to follow this new path. Not long after, our mowing business had grown enough for Kim to step away from her role as Maintenance Clerk at Knapheide Manufacturing in April 2025.
We’re both at a point in life where we decided it was time to go all in—to bet on ourselves, our skills, and our dream. None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our family and friends. We’re truly grateful for everyone who has helped us along the way.
